If you are not accessing my services through ACC or the PHO, you will be required to pay upfront for your sessions. My private fees are $200.00 per 50 minute session. Longer sessions will be charged at a different rate (price on request).

CANCELLATION:
Please bear in mind that the purpose of my cancellation policy is to ensure that no client in-need misses out on psychological services. The more notice I am given of a cancellation, the more likely it is I can fill your cancelled slot with another client. I have a finite number of clinic hours each week, so my goal is to ensure that I see as many clients as possible. If you need to cancel a session at short notice and would like to reschedule, I will always do my best to accommodate you. However, my cancellation fees are non-negotiable.

In order to receive a full refund you will need to cancel or reschedule our session with at least 48 hours notice.
If you cancel 24-48 hours prior to our session you will be refunded 50% of the full fee paid.
I have a no-refund policy for sessions cancelled within 24 hours of our appointment.
Fees retained due to cancellation may not be used as credit for future sessions.
